The core assessment is 15 questions and takes most people 5–7 minutes to complete. If you select the Operating Blueprint or Strategy Dossier report tier, you'll answer 5 additional questions before checkout — bringing the total to under 10 minutes for all tiers.
There are no time limits. Take as long as you need to answer each question honestly.
The question bank is the same, but the order is randomized every time the assessment is taken. This prevents pattern recognition and ensures that responses reflect genuine behavioral tendencies rather than learned sequencing.
Yes. A back button is available on every question throughout the assessment. If you want to revisit and change a previous answer before moving forward, you can do so at any point before the assessment is submitted.
We recommend answering with your first instinct rather than deliberating — the assessment is designed to measure your natural behavioral tendencies, not your most carefully reasoned response.
The Operating Blueprint and Strategy Dossier reports include deeper behavioral analysis that requires additional data. After selecting one of these tiers, you'll be prompted to answer 5 supplementary questions before checkout covering longer-horizon behavioral patterns.
Immediately after completing the 15 core questions, you'll receive a free preview of your results — no payment required. The preview includes your three dimension scores, your classification, and a 4–5 line behavioral insight based on your profile.
Your report is generated immediately after your purchase is confirmed and delivered to your inbox within 15 minutes. In most cases it arrives significantly faster than that.

Your report is delivered as a professionally formatted PDF attached directly to your confirmation email. You do not need to log in to a portal or click a download link — it arrives ready to open and read.
The Action Plan is a personalized PDF delivered alongside your report that provides classification-specific next steps. It is included with the Readiness Snapshot, Operating Blueprint, and Strategy Dossier tiers — not with the Micro-Report.
