That instinct drove a career that moved across healthcare and environmental science — medical offices, hospitals, and environmental laboratories — where watching how people operate under real pressure became more than habit. It became the foundation for everything Pawz Digital is built on.
I founded Pawz Digital as a female-owned business with one clear conviction: that the gap between how people think they will perform under pressure and how they actually do is one of the most important and most overlooked factors in whether someone succeeds. The assessments we have built exist to close that gap — to give anyone standing at a real decision the structured insight they need to move forward with clarity.
Outside of Pawz Digital, I have been married for 26 years and have three grown children — which, if you know anything about decision-making under pressure, is its own kind of qualification.
