How is this different from the Founder Readiness Assessment?

The Career Transition Assessment uses the same Psychological Endurance Index framework, but the questions and report are calibrated for a different audience and a different decision. Founder Readiness measures decision-making for someone considering entrepreneurship. Career Transition measures decision-making for someone navigating a major professional pivot - a job change, a return to work, a layoff, or a midcareer redirect. The three behavioral dimensions are the same. The lens is different.

How long will the assessment take?

About 10 minutes. Fifteen behavioral questions drawn from our question bank, then a free classification preview shown on screen instantly. If you purchase a report, the PDF arrives in your inbox within fifteen minutes. The Blueprint and Dossier tiers include five additional context questions that allow us to hone in more precisely on your specific transition.
